Privacy Policy

Sunday ("Sunday," "we," "us") is operated by JTM Media LLC. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices. Questions? Email hello@sundaydates.com.

What we collect

• Your first name, email address and mobile phone number.
• The answers you give in your profile (such as age, values, lifestyle, and what you're looking for) so we can match you.
• One live selfie, taken when you sign up.

Your profile has no photos on it. The selfie is only used to confirm there is a real person behind the account. It is never shown on your profile and your match never sees it.

If you start a profile and do not finish it, we keep the answers you have given so far, with your name and email, so you can come back and carry on where you left off. If you never finish, we delete them after 90 days.

How we use it

• To find your most compatible match and introduce you on a weekly video date.
• To send you text messages related to the service, if you opted in to them (see below).

We do not use your profile answers for advertising.

Our public pages use Meta advertising tools, which tell us how people found Sunday. Meta uses that data for its own purposes. Nothing inside Sunday is tracked this way. Your answers, your matches, and your dates are never sent to them.

Text messaging

Text messages are optional. You consent to receive them only if you tick the text-messages box when you sign up. If you leave it unticked, we use your number to verify your account and we will not text you.

• What we send: about one message per week with your match's video-date link, plus occasional account notifications (for example, confirming your profile was saved).
• Frequency: roughly one message per week; it may vary.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Opt out any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help.
• We do not sell your information. Your mobile phone number and your SMS opt-in consent are never shared with, sold to, or rented to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
• We use service providers such as Twilio only to deliver these messages and operate Sunday. These categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; that information will not be shared with any third parties.

How we store it

Your information is stored in an encrypted database (Supabase) hosted in the United States. We keep it for as long as your Sunday profile is active. If you ask us to delete your profile, we remove your name, number, and profile answers. We do not store your information outside the providers listed below.

How we protect it

Sensitive information, including your phone number and profile answers, is encrypted. We limit who can access it and use reputable service providers.

Service providers

We use these third parties to operate Sunday: Twilio (text messaging), Brevo (email), Supabase (encrypted storage), and a video provider (for your dates). They process data on our behalf and are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.

Meta is the one exception. It sees visits to our public pages, and it uses that data for its own purposes. It never receives your profile answers, your matches, or anything from your dates.

Your choices

• Reply STOP to stop texts.
• Ask us to delete your profile and number at any time by emailing hello@sundaydates.com.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new effective date.
